A magnificent and important carved giltwood, gessoed and parcel-gilt corner console tables, second quarter 19th c., probably North European. Faux painted marble, reeded flaring baluster columnar front supports flanked by a pair of dolphins, the mirrored backboard flanked by classical vases and foliage, on a concave shaped base, raised on bun feet.
